Kevin es un conductor profesional y muy amable. Incluso le pedí cargar mi teléfono y me facilitó un cable. En definitiva, volvería a contratarlos si vuelvo a Guatemala. . It was an amazing experience. I had some confusion with the reservation date and they solved the problem for me right away, even though it was last minute. The trip was quick and comfortable. Kevin is a professional and very kind driver. I even asked him to charge my phone and he provided a cable for me. All in all, I would hire them again if I return to Guatemala.

5.00I had a great experience with Guatego. They were very flexible with my travel changes and helped me even when my flight was delayed and my schedule got complicated. Communication was fast and clear, and they went out of their way to make sure I got to my destination safely. Highly recommended for anyone traveling in Guatemala.
I doubt this company even has a vehicle to transport passengers.

1.00This company is probably one of the worst in Guatemala. We booked our transport from Guatemala City to Ciudad Antigua, however they never showed up. We asked for the ETA several times, they always answered "transport is on its way". This company is very strict when it comes to the customer been on time at the pickup place. After more than 3 hours of waiting for the transport, we booked with the Idrive app which is about half the price of Guatego. We cancelled Guatego, and asked for a refund, we even offered to take 50% of the refund, they denied it. I called my credit card company and initiated a claim for services not rendered, I was awarded 100% of the monies paid.
Lack of Concern and Communication

1.00Please heath my warning, do not book with this company lack of communication and safety of customers. We arrived on time, we took off amd started going through random streets. After and hour of driving around the driver headed back to the airport to pick up a customer who was an hour late. When I address my concerns I received no response. They also changed my pick up location and notified me less than an hour before scheduled transportation.

5.00I used their service from La Aurora to Antigua and a couple of days later from Antigua to La Aurora Airport. Fantastic service. Easy communication via WA. They helped me since there was a road closed and I couldn't get on time to pick up point, they arranged the pick up on a different place. Recommended.

2.00I used to really like the service when I first started using it. Now, they ask you to either be ready 30 minutes before your shuttle departure time, to take an Uber to a different location, or both. They advertise door to door service but in reality it’s FAR FROM IT. If I schedule an 11am shuttle (knowing I’ll need to transfer from my airbnb to the Westin by 10:30), I don’t expect to get a text saying can you come to the airport instead and be there by 10:30. Then the dispatcher is blowing up my phone asking if I’m there and it’s only 10:40. On my return to Guatemala City they ask me to be ready 15 mins early - fine - but I’ve now been waiting outside almost an hour. And all of a sudden they don’t drop off in Zone 4, only at one hotel in that area. I’ve def been dropped off at my airbnb in zone 4 by this vendor before. Service is going down hill, I hope someone else starts a shared shuttle so there are other door to door options.
