5.00From the moment we landed at Ian Fleming International Airport, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and it was all thanks to our incredible driver, Albert. Albert was waiting for us right at the airport — no confusion, no hassle — and whisked us straight to the lobby of the Riu Ocho Rios with ease. The same seamless service applied on our return trip, picked up right from the hotel lobby and delivered safely back to the airport. You honestly couldn't ask for a smoother experience. But here's the thing — this was SO much more than just a transfer. Albert turned what could have been a simple A-to-B drive into an unforgettable introduction to the island. He went out of his way to give us a little tour along the route, sharing his incredible knowledge of Jamaica — the best places to visit, hidden gems to explore, and local tips you won't find in any guidebook. His passion for the island was truly infectious! On top of all that, Albert was one of the most personable, kind, and fun people we met during our entire trip. He was also a very safe driver, which gave us complete peace of mind on the road. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. We will definitely be using this service again on our next visit to Jamaica, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone flying into Ian Fleming Airport.
