We used this service and it was great! Viator booked us through a trustworthy transfer service and it was a great drive. Our driver did not speak English, but he was a great driver and we arrived exactly when we were supposed to. I am glad that I read the reviews of this drive before I booked. Someone had posted that there was a stop halfway during the tour that they did not expect and they had been upset about it. The driver was simply doing what he was told so it was not a surprise for us. They might want to tell people before they leave, but I was already forewarned so no problem.
