What To Expect
Upon receiving the booking , our driver will be at the pick-up point with a placard bearing the clients' name. The driver will introduce him/herself to the clients and will help the clients carry their luggage to the vehicle. Before starting , the driver will give clients the information about how they will move, the duration of the transfer and what they will possible see on the way. On arrival at the lodge/hotel, the driver will open the does for the clients, usher them out, carry their bags to the reception area.

We accidentally overpaid, and before we could even calculate the difference in currency, Vincent had already returned to our lodge to give us the money back. 5.00Cliff is such a professional person, always punctual, understanding and a friendly person too. He took us on trips and ensured to offer the best service e.g. when we wanted to go to the market, he didn't live us there but came with us to show us around and to feel safe too. Always clean and well presented and communicates well in advance. Thank you Cliff for making our stay a pleasant one.

5.00Clifford provided us with excellent service while we were in Livingstone! We met totally on accident on our arrival at the airport and it was there we learned that he could provide additional services. He has a calm and quiet but pleasant demeanor and madebus feel comfortable at all times even though it was brutally hot outside. His vehicle is well cared for and very clean. When he wasn't available, he sent his brother to ensure we were accommodated, and also, for our last-minute requests, he sent alternate arrangements. We would highly recommend his services!

5.00We were blessed to have met our driver (C) at the airport who immediately gave us a commentry of the area which we appreciated. C was always courteous and informative and truly made our 1st time in Zambia (on honeymoon) a delight, by telling us about the area, and transporting and guiding us on our trip to Victoria Falls, the local market and the local eateries. C was very accomodating, flexible and always on time! We cannot thank him enough for the warm and informative experience, always professional and we felt safe and well looked after at all times. Will definitely contact C on our next trip with the family!
