The maximum waiting time from the arrival of the flight will be 90 minutes, after this if we do not have any information or contact with the passenger, our guide or driver will proceed to leave.

-All service will be guaranteed after receiving your reservation. - Reservations are received up to 4 hours before arrival. - Upon arrival a representative of the company waiting for you with a sign with your name. - The travel time will be approximately 50 minutes. - Upon arrival at the hotel, our representative will help you with your luggage and accompany you to the hotel reception to check in. - The maximum waiting time from the arrival of the flight will be 90 minutes. - In case of having any delay or not making contact with our representative please contact the phone number on your voucher

Driver was 10 min late and no response from travel company

2.00I messaged the tour operator to confirm the pick up time, and was informed it would be 5:20AM in order to be at the airport two hours before our 8AM flight. There was no driver at 5:20AM and I called the tour operator at 5:24AM. No one picked up, so I called an Uber. The Uber and driver arrived at the same time, and the driver told me the pick up time was 5:30AM. So I was forced to cancel the Uber. I do not recommend this service if you are depending to get to the airport - just call an Uber.

I communicated with our driver twice before the trip and received an immediate response. I highly recommend this service.
