-All service will be guaranteed after receiving your reservation. - Reservations are received up to 4 hours before arrival. - Upon arrival a representative of the company waiting for you with a sign with your name. - The travel time will be approximately 50 minutes. - Upon arrival at the hotel, our representative will help you with your luggage and accompany you to the hotel reception to check in. - The maximum waiting time from the arrival of the flight will be 90 minutes. - In case of having any delay or not making contact with our representative please contact the phone number on your voucher
