1.00Taxi booked with vitor was not at the airport when we landed, we had to pay another taxi for our transfers, no contact details off driver and almost impossible to get in touch with vitor at short notice, Taxi text us 1 hour after landing to say he was in the airport carport, asked vitor for a refund and to cancel next weeks return transfer, declined with no explanation very poor customer service, seems when it works vitor take their cut but when it doesn't they don't want to know, my advice is to book direct with client and you might get a number to call and a refund when things go wrong
