5.00Great private transfer. Communication was great leading up to our pick up. It was easy to find our name once we landed in Punta Cana and we were quickly brought to our van. Going back to the airport, the driver was waiting for us in our hotel lobby. Both drivers were friendly and made for a pleasant experience.

5.00The transportation service is pretty well organized. I really appreciated that they texted me the day prior to my flights to verify timing. They also informed me of the “visa” / QR code that is needed to get into and out of the Dominican Republic. They were much better about it than our airline. The only glitch was that where we stayed there were 3 properties and when they came to pick us up to go to the airport, the driver went to the Bavaro and not the Grand Bavaro. I texted them within the 5 min pick up window and he came right over. So, when arranging the time to pick, be sure to mention your exact hotel. The vans were clean and the ride was good.

The online booking was easy to complete and prepay for, it was a good value, communication was excellent with no questions left unanswered, the drivers were punctual, professional, and friendly. Despite a 3-hour delay in arriving in Punta Cana, my husband & I had peace of mind in knowing they would be there waiting. A wonderful transport service!!!
