What To Expect
The driver will wait at the exit for passengers with a sign with the passenger’s name and then take them to board the vehicle outside the hotels or the specified address. If it is at Santiago airport will be expected at exit 4. It is a private transfer service with a maximum of 3 passengers with their normal luggage. Private transfer of travelers from the Hotel, Airport or confirmed address in Santiago to the confirmed address to the port of your Cruise ship will be made.

1.00Some of the drivers do not speak English setting up a situation where miscommunication leads to your driver not being where he/she's been instructed to be. After arriving in Santiago our driver was nowhere to be found. I eventually texted Viator for assistance. They couldn't reach him either and said they would let me know by email when they knew something. This is the last thing someone needs after an all night flight They guy finally contacted me 2 hrs later and asked for us to wait for him. Next time we'll use someone else.

5.00Amazing service - direct ride from our hotel (Wyndham Santiago Aeropuerto) today the Valparaiso port. I left my cell phone in the vehicle and didn’t notice until 10 minutes after arriving at the port…. I panicked for about 5 minutes until we saw our driver returning (on foot) with my phone! So, so, grateful. He deserves a medal! ❤️
