5.00Pick up was at the Vancouver Cruise terminal. We were contacted the night before for instructions on allowing the drive to enter the cruise terminal. Super easy. Nice vehicle and the driver was very pleasant as well as a very safe driver.

5.00Our ride from the Cruise Port to the Airport was supposed to be around 30 minutes, but it took around 2 hours. There was a Marathon in Vancouver that morning, and all of the main streets were closed. Our driver was very patient, kept searching for new routes, and got us to the airport in time for our flight.

5.00Traveling with a group of older ladies (65+) from Alaska Cruise ending in Vancouver. Had reserved a pickup from cruise port to hotel months in advance. Everything worked well!!! Ricky, our driver, was delightful and professional. So, after arriving at the hotel, we made reservations with Ricky to pick us up at hotel to airport in a few days. Again…Ricky was there at 7:30 in the morning to get us ladies to the airport. Again, excellent service! Thanks, Ricky!

5.00WE used this car service to get from the Hotel Georgia to the airport -- absolutely WONDERFUL. Brand new Escalade. Driver got to our hotel 15 minutes before scheduled time (“it is our company policy”). Driver knew when to talk and when not to talk. As soon as we got to the airport, he told us to proceed to the curb and he’d take care of all the bags. Basically everything you want/expect in a car service, but don’t get all the time. Absolutely no complaints, and will 100% be using them again the next time we're in Vancouver.
