What To Expect
Once you cleared customs and collected your luggage, our chauffeurs will meet you at the arrival hall with a sign under the name of the lead traveler. Your driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival Please provide us your flight information (airline and flight number) so we can track your flight and be there at the time it lands. This product is valid only for pickup from to airport going to any address under the Quebec City limits.

5.00Richard met us in the baggage claim area, (he was there even before our luggage arrived( with a sign with my name on it, helped get our luggage to the SUV, which was conveniently parked right outside just a few steps from the door, and drove us to the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. Friendly, professional and well-dressed driver. Additionally, I needed to correspond with the company about upgrading to a larger vehicle because the two of us had 4 checked bags, and about possibly needing to reschedule because we had a tight flight connection due to a delay in our first flight. Each time, they responded quickly and politely. Would definitely use this company again if we come back to Quebec City.
