The driver arrived exactly on time, was super friendly, and the car was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The ride from Lucerne to Zurich Airport was smooth and efficient, and I felt safe and relaxed the entire way. Everything was perfectly organized, and I arrived at the airport right on schedule without any stress. I would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and professional transfer!

1.00Our ride was a no show and we waited an hour trying to reach the operator help desk...no response/voice mail. Additionally we paged them through the airport. Nothing. We took a taxi that handled all our bags a ski gear and it was $75 less than the no-show service. NEVER USE this company!!!!
