What To Expect
Traveling with us, you can be sure that your driver will be waiting at the terminal 15 minutes before the plane's arrival to pick you up, even if your plane is delayed. • After enter in the arrival area our driver will be holding a welcome board with your name and will take you directly to Hotel in Krakow. • The center of Krakow is 17 kilometers away, the journey takes no more than 30 minutes. • The driver will assist you with your luggage, provide internet access, and offer you water.

5.00If I could give more than five stars, I would. Oskar is by far the best and I highly recommend him to anyone traveling to Krakow. He reached out to me immediately and confirmed my travel details. He has stayed in touch with me so that I have felt safe knowing he would be there upon my arrival and he definitely was. He responds to inquiries very promptly and has been so informative about other questions I have had about the city in general and has been able to recommend sights of interest. He should honestly be a travel agent for the city. He is just really the greatest and I feel lucky that I picked his service because he has made our vacation so much more pleasant. I really can’t recommend this service highly enough. Five stars all the way!

5.00Oskar was a friendly, respectful & helpful driver. He provided a lovely drive into Krakow from the airport and also the return journey a few days later. He was very helpful, gave us some tips for the visit and also recommended some new places to try if ever we returned to Poland. I would definitely recommend Oskar and his company and definitely use them and their service again. :)

5.00I was able to booked Oskar last minute to visit Auschwitz-birkenau with my husband due to last cancelation we has with another's tour company. Punctuality good communication and safety is what makes this company great. OSKAR who our driver was very professional and punctual. I love the fact that we have received all the information we needed before and during the tour to make sure everything went smoothly. OSKAR guided us from the car to the entrance and make sure everything was all set to start our tour. I wasn't able to complete the tour and Oskar accompanied me while waiting for my husband finishing the tour. We had a great conversation and I never felt uncomfortable with him but to gain a friend while we got to spend time together. We not only using his service for this tour but I also used him for the airport transfer the next day. I will definitely be using Oskar's his service again on our next trip to Kraków. Thank you !
