  We found Receptivos Manaus through Viator while searching for a reliable airport transfer before our Grand Amazon Expedition cruise—and what a fantastic decision that turned out to be! From the moment we booked, Milena reached out immediately to ensure every detail of our trip was taken care of. What started as a simple airport transfer quickly evolved into a fully coordinated experience. We needed multiple transfers (airport to hotel, hotel to port, port back to hotel, and then to the airport), and Milena handled everything seamlessly with a clear, itemized itinerary. What really stood out was her proactive approach. Knowing we wouldn’t be able to check into our hotel right after disembarking the cruise, she suggested a half- or full-day city tour—completely our choice—which turned out to be one of the highlights of our time in Manaus. Communication was excellent throughout, which was especially important to us since we had limited cell service while on our cruise prior to arriving. Every detail was confirmed in advance, giving us complete peace of mind. Milena was there to greet us at the airport, arrived promptly for each transfer, and ensured everything ran smoothly. For our city tour, we were joined by Savio, our guide, who spoke flawless English and shared his deep knowledge and passion for Manaus. Along with Milena and our driver, it truly felt like we were exploring the city with friends rather than being on a tour. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. By the end of our time together, it felt like we were saying goodbye to friends rather than service providers. We cannot recommend Milena and her team highly enough.   I was looking for an Enterprise that would do tours in Manaus and transfers, where I ended up finding Receptivo Manaus. I contacted Milena, passed to her what I was looking for, Private City Tour in Manaus, visiting the main attractions of Manaus and Private Transfer Airport-Hotel-Port. She gave me all the details and removed my doubts that I had regarding the tours and transfers. A differential from Receptivo Manaus, as I only had 1 day to do the City Tour in Manaus, the Receptivo Manaus, offers the Full Day City Tour, unlike most other companies that is only half-period. I recommend Receptivo Manaus, from the pre-sales to the performance of the tours, me and my family were very well served by Milena, professional responsible, polite, attentive, punctual, had patience with my elderly parents, very comfortable car and very good air conditioning due to the intense heat. And also highlight the driver Fabricio very careful in transit, he did some of our transfers in Manaus. Reliable Enterprise, I definitely indicate to other people and the next time I go to Manaus I will hire their services.
