Driver will wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes until you complete your immigration procedures.
If you are delayed due to long lines at immigration or a flight delay,
there will be no additional charges. Please notify us in advance.
For hotel-to-airport transfers:
Driver will wait for up to 30 minutes.
If your delay is due to a hotel check-out issue that isn't your fault, please let us know. We will either continue to wait or replace you with another vehicle.
If we are able to contact you, we will ensure your transportation throughout the entire process.
If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us immediately. We offer refunds or free service.

What To Expect
1. Reservation Make an online booking with details such as Travel Date, Pickup Location, Destination, Vessel Name ,Number of Passengers, and Luggage. 2.Pre-Arrival Communication Your Driver Team contacts you via WhatsApp(or email) 1 day before your trip to confirm details and provide the driver’s name, vehicle photo, and license plate number.(Between 6pm~8pm, KST) 3. Meeting the Driver At the cruise terminal your driver waits at the designated meeting point holding a sign with your name. Stand-by-time after Cruise Ship arrival is typically included for up to 1.5 hours to accommodate customs or delays. 2 For hotel pickups Your driver arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time. Your driver assists with luggage and guide you to your vehicle. 4. Comfortable Transfer Enjoy a private, direct transfer to your Seoul accommodation in a clean, comfortable vehicle. Fuel, tolls, and parking fees are included in the service price. 5. Drop-off and Service Completion Upon arrival at your destination, the driver helps unload luggage. 6. Additional notes: If your arrival is delayed due to long immigration or baggage lines, please contact driver or staff via whatsapp or email. We takes full responsibility for any issues not caused by the customer We offers refunds or free service in case of dissatisfaction. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the trip.

5.00Excellent experience. We departed from a Celebrity Cruise at 7:00 am and received a message from the driver, Lee Jin Woo, at 6:45 am that he was waiting for us in the cruise terminal. His vehicle was pristine and we were able to communicate easily with translate tools and What’s App. It was morning rush hour so the trip took almost two hours but he provided us with water and took us directly to our hotel in Gangnam. The private transfer, nice vehicle, door to door service and excellent driving made this transfer well worth it. In fact, the cost was extremely reasonable.

5.00Our driver was very communicative with us in advance of his arrival, letting us know traffic was bad and he would be a bit late. He was professional and courteous. This was such an easy and convenient way to get from our Seoul hotel directly to the cruise ship terminal in Incheon with all of our luggage. Are yourself the hassle and book this!

4.00Driver communicated well. Additional guide service offered after the tour. Pretty expensive for additional tour with 2 stops. (120,000 KW). Offered airport service for additional 100000KW. Morning off p/u driver reported vehicle difficulties and said a non English speaking colleague would pickup for 100,000KrW. I cancelled service as our flights delayed. Took taxi to airport for 54,000KrW.

5.00Our driver picked us up once we disembarked our ship in Seoul Korea.. He brought the van right to where we were once we had gotten our luggage. He kept in touch with me on the app letting me know he was there and he would pick us up as soon as we came out,perfect! He was very helpful and loaded our luggage in the van and unloaded it after we arrived at our hotel in Seoul He was very kind and pleasant.
