1.00The driver never showed up. No services rendered. We had a stressful situation in the airport finding a transfer to our hotel with a disabled family member.Please evaluate your vendor for integrity. The rating for this is negative zero.

5.00It was a perfect experience from start to finish. I booked the pick up pretty last minute but he was quick to reach out to me directly by WhatsApp, and maintained great communication throughout. He was waiting for me with my name on a sign right at the arrival gate. The car was clean and comfortable, and I felt extremely safe and at ease during my 90 minute drive to Seoul. He was also kind enough to offer me water and mint/gum. Highly recommend!

5.00Amazing and very smooth experience! As my flight from SFO to Seoul was delayed, I arrived to Seoul one hour later than intended. Michael, the driver, was already waiting for me at the airport and was holding a sign with my name. We then proceeded to the car, and he helped me to carry my luggage. My hotel was located in Gangnam district, the drive took about 1 hr 25 min, during which Michael gave me a few tips about living and traveling in Seoul. He also greeted me with traditional choco-pie and a bottle of juice which was a very nice surprise after such a long flight journey. Overall, it was a very pleasant and smooth experience, I would recommend to book a transfer with Michael!
