5.00I had an amazing pleasure working with Evelyn, Charles and Pablo. Review for each and overall as followed. Evelyn is the Reservation Manager and was first point of contact. She moved fast and accordingly, she answered every question. She was also very knowledgeable and was able to get me booked in no time. She was also able to provide me with specific discounts they provided for solo travelers and groups. After getting Evelyn with all information needed she was then able to book and introduce me to Charles. Charles is the Transport Manager and second point of contact. He was able to confirm and provided me with more information about my transportation to and from Costa Rica. He made himself very available via text/call on WhatsApp. While providing updates closer to date and upon arrival for pickup. All things that came with such great service and price. I was so worried that because I waited until the week off to book transportation that it was going to be super high and/or long wait time if not already sold out. I flew into LIR airport and booked stay in La Fortuna. Which is a few hours drive away. I had the most absolute pleasure of getting Pablo as my driver introduced to me via update from Charles prior to arrival. Pablo! Was my driver. I’ll like to start off by saying he was on time both times. Which was both 6am pickups to and from the airport because of the travel times. He made the experience to be honest. At arrival he was outside to greet me with a company sign with my name on it. After he grabbed my bags introduced himself and was off to the shuttle van. Shuttle van was clean, with ac, Wi-Fi, water and snacks! I was offered front or back seat and opt in for front. Which was the BEST Decision. After he confirmed my drop off location we was off into the beautiful sunrise. We stop for photos, breakfast, sightseeing, ect. I highly suggest taking full advantage of the ride especially if you arrive early and check-in late. Pablo will always give you options and always ask for permission. To speak on Pablo character and mannerisms I’ll say this. As a single woman coming into a country for the first time solo. Pablo made me very comfortable, respected, and protected. Pablo was beyond a pleasure, he do speak English and will translate for you all while giving you all of the local knowledge upfront and personal. Also great suggestion on what to do with pictures. I am super appreciative of the entire experience and honored to have booked with TheBaqueano and can’t wait to book again.

5.00We had an amazing time with my friends from beginning to end, Charles made us feel welcome from the moment he picked us up from the airport and the rest is history. He made the booking process very easy, we did the ATV as well as the waterfalls in La Fortuna. he was very friendly, caring and helpful so professional went above and beyond our expectations. We had a great!!! time, will totally do it again. Thank you for such an unforgettable trip, we loved every part of this experience. We definitely recommend it. P.S Every single one of these guys are beyond amazing, they treat you like family, make you feel very welcome and safe the moment you get there.
