5.00EXCELLENT 5 stars customer service!! We were delayed for an hour because of long immigration line. Our driver has communicated with us throughout the wait. At the end, she has to leave for another appointment while we were still stuck in Immigration line. We were prepared to call Uber or taxi because of this unexpected delay. Our designated driver went above and beyond to call another driver in the company to pick us up when we can finally come out at the cruise port. We were very impressed by their kindness and excellent service. Their car is new, clean and safe. Highly recommended.

5.00We booked a transfer from Lisbon to Setubal by email, which was very easy, and the price was very reasonable. Our flight was delayed by an hour but Patricia our driver was waiting when we arrived: she was friendly, careful with our luggage, and helpful, organising three visits to wineries for us - even though we used more local taxis for transport there! When it was time to leave, we were collected on time and escorted right up to the check-in, and she helped us with our baggage drop which was great because we were a group of five seniors, and Lisbon Airport is not well organised. The vehicles used were clean, comfortable and there was plenty of room. We also used this company for a five hour tour of Lisbon with Paolo, and this was amazing, lasted longer than planned at no extra cost, taking us to all parts of the city with a great guide. This really made our holiday very special.

5.00We had a wonderful driver Paulo drive us from Seville, Spain to Lisbon, Portugal. Paulo was punctual and great with communication beforehand. He was extremely informative of all things Portugal along the way and stopped for appropriate rest stops, etc. I highly recommend this service!
