The long drive from the airport to the resort seemed shorter because of the friendliness of Reddy. His historical account of Fiji and how his family came to Nadi helped pass the time and the feeling of exhaustion from the long red-eye flight from Honolulu. Thank you, Reddy!

Our experience was very disappointing after seeing the 5 star reviews. There was no driver at the airport waiting he had to be called to come he had been doing his grocery shopping. We were picked up in a very dirty car inside and out, so much so that security stopped our driver from entering the resort, we had to identify that we were incoming guests. Our driver sped all the way overtaking every vehicle we came to even across double lines, he found the code for us to book a return trip whilst driving. Very disappointed will never book again.

We used Viator to book our hotel transfers in Fiji. They were waiting on us to arrive when we landed. Reddy was the drivers name, and he was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information with us during our travel. He also picked us up one day and took us into town for a bit of shopping and then took us and picked us up from another scheduled Viator experience. Then we were able to request him for the return pick up back to the airport. Superior service. Would definitely recommend Reddy and will most definitely use him again when we return to Fiji.
