Terminal B: To take your transfer upon arrival, please proceed to the taxi area, located right after Customs and Immigration, near the “Refugio” café. The driver will be waiting for you with a sign displaying the name of the booking holder. Important: Please avoid accepting rides from independent drivers or "airport helpers" inside the terminal. Only follow the official staff. ARRIVAL DETAILS Flight Delays: We monitor flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will be waiting for you. Waiting Time: Your private transfer includes 60 minutes of waiting time after your flight lands. If you are delayed at customs/luggage, please contact us. ID: Please have a valid photo ID ready for verification. VEHICLE & SAFETY This is a Private Transfer directly to your hotel in Cap Cana, Bávaro, or Punta Cana.
