5.00I had our travel agent arrange a private transfer from Rovaniemi to Levi which was confirmed 10/2026. The 11 am pick up time was also confirmed at that time. Our service was February 13th. We ended up getting an email from Viator stating that our pick up time would be 10pm which would have left us stranded checked out of our hotel for the day with all our luggage and 4 people with freezing weather, additionally it would have caused a very late check in after our apartment office was closed. We would have missed an entire day of planes activities. I had to call and speak with viator rep who initially told me that there were no other times available. After I provided her with the information that I had already previously had confirmation in October she told me she would make an arrangement and then I ended up getting a follow up email that still said 10 PM. This was after about 30 minutes on the phone with them. Luckily Erro our driver who Viator is very lucky to have as an employee contacted me through WhatsApp and confirmed that our original plans were still ago and ease our worries. He promptly showed up to pick us up and drive us to Levi. He was very pleasant in nature, accommodating, prompt, helpful and friendly. We very much enjoyed our transportation because or him. I truly hope the best for him and I hope he is greatly valued as an employee.

5.00We actually used them for a transfer between Ivalo and Rovaniemi. Service was excellent! Arrived on time, the driver was safe and efficient and then he (Artu) helped us out tremendously in Rovaniemi as we were looking to get something particular. He went over and above to assist us. We would certainly use them again and recommend them!
