5.00Great experience overall. Our flight was delayed, and the driver waited patiently for us (sorry about that 😅). He was with his wife, and they had water bottles waiting in the van. They also showed us the crocodile bridge and kindly helped us stop to buy some groceries before dropping us off at our hotel.

3.00Our experience was neutral. Not great, not horrible. We were in the hotel lobby and didn't see our driver. The hotel staff had to go outside to find which van. The van itself wasn't as clean and well maintained. Our driver spoke English well and answered our questions about Costa Rica. Stopped by the Crocodile River as our lunch stop. Moises was minimal in our interactions. Just compared to the many transports we took during our trip, I think this one was most underwhelming. Just enough to get from A to B with minimal interactions and bare minimum friendliness.
