This was so easy. Our driver was right there by the door to pick us up then dropped us off in the lobby of our hotel. He did not speak english but two devices to translate so we talked most of the trip. I highly recommend!

Our driver was late to pick us up due to having a tyre puncture on the way. Once we were picked up he was extremely helpful. He communicated through google translate and went out of his way to compensate for late pickup and took us to The Temple of Heaven . I thoroughly recommend this driver very pleasant and helpful.

We were picked up from Tianjin Xingang International Cruise Port at the time we organised with Viator. The trip to the Beijing Hotel was a great experience. The driver was so helpful and polite and drove in a very safe way. The roads in China are not easy to drive and the driver was so good and we arrived at our Hotel having experienced the countryside without any hassles.
