From the beginning, they were always in contact with me, and when I needed minor changes to our itinerary, they always responded and assured me it would be updated, which it was. The day of, our driver Lucas was extremely accommodating, even doing a small detour and taking us back to the Airbnb because one of our passengers got cold and needed a jacket. I would highly recommend them; they are very professional and amazing to work with!
