5.00We just got back from our day trip to the Pyramids of Teotihuacan, and we loved it! Luis was our driver and we felt so safe with him at the wheel. He had to pick us up at our AirBnb which was outside of the city, but he navigated everything without problems. He waited for us while we toured the pyramids and then had lunch at La Cueva afterwards - and he had us back in CDMX by 2 pm. Highly recommend Via Mexa! Thank you Luis!

5.00We used this service to take a group of 6 friends from CDMX to Teotihuacán and back and it was amazingly seamless. Our driver Luis was efficient and so sweet we had a great time. We even forgot something in the car and he met up to drop it off the next day. We were so thankful. Would definitely use this service again - thank you!!

5.00Diego, our driver for the day, was on time and very courteous. He arrived as scheduled at our Airbnb and stayed with us throughout the day. We had reserved transportation for 8 hours and he has us back at the Airbnb with 5 mins to spare. Communication thru WhatsApp was easy and efficient.

5.00Great communication and service. Our driver spoke English and was giving us advice for our Mexico City trip. Car was really clean. Would definitely recommend for families with elderly to help eliminate logistical headaches and for a more intimate experience at our own pace.
Outstanding service and great customer service. We will visit the city again and hope to get the same service company.

From the moment he picked us up at our Airbnb to the end of the tour, Jorge went above and beyond to make our experience not just enjoyable, but truly memorable. He was incredibly easygoing, warm, and knowledgeable, offering fascinating insights into the city’s rich history and culture during our drive to Teotihuacán. As traveling parents with a baby, we were especially grateful for how thoughtful and accommodating he was throughout the day. He was attentive to our needs, incredibly flexible with timing, and always made sure we were comfortable. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our experience, and we truly felt taken care of. One moment that stood out to us was when we requested a last minute detour to visit a local market before heading home.
