On time and very friendly driver and got to see some of the sights recommend if travelling intentionally 3 hours ahead for sure . If using them to pick at Toronto make sure if you arrive from the US and are at door G you must go left down the all to door A theater is only place Uber and lyft car hires can be picked up at

I was a bit nervous about the time that the car was supposed to show up because we were boarding early, but I contacted the company and they were more than helpful in accommodating me with an earlier pickup time! The driver was early, super professional, and got us to the airport in no time.
