What To Expect
Upon confirmation of the booking, we will immediately contact the customer to coordinate the latest details of the service. In the case of airport pickups, we will be waiting with a banner with your name and will be responsible for any flight delays until your arrival. Afterwards, we will transfer to your destination at the address requested by the client. If the accommodation is located in an area not accessible to vehicles, we will make the delivery to the closest possible point and, if necessary, contact the reception to coordinate the arrival. For pick-ups in the city of Fez, we offer two methods depending on the location of the accommodation: in the new city, both pick-up and drop-off will always be at the hotel reception, provided it is accessible to vehicles. In the old medina, the pick-up will take place at the nearest meeting points, usually located at the main gates, as indicated above. If the accommodation is outside these areas, we will go directly to the door of the same. Don’t worry – confirm your booking and enjoy our service and attention.

5.00Pick up on time even though our flight landed somewhat late. The driver was waiting for us at the door with a banner, which made the encounter much easier. He took us comfortably to our hotel, located near the Blue Gate. Correct and smooth service.
