If you have booked the arrival transfer (airport - hotel): Upon arrival, after a long journey, our representative will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it for easy identification, will assist you with your luggage and will take you to your accommodation hotel. If your reservation is leaving the City (hotel - airport): Rest assured that our representative will pick you up at your hotel well in advance, which guarantees a timely arrival at the airport and avoids delays in your flights. 5.00I would recommend this company only for the transfer from the airport to the hotel and not vice versa. Gustavo was awaiting me upon arrival at the Quito airport with a sign with my name on it. He was an excellent driver who spoke good English and who safely got me to my hotel in the historic center of Quito on a timely basis. I was so pleased with this service that I subsequently made an online reservation for the departure transfer from the hotel to the airport with the same company. However, I ultimately wound up cancelling it because they suggested a hotel departure time that was only 2 hours before my flight. To allow only 2 hours to get from the historic center of Quito to the airport in morning rush hour traffic, check my luggage, go through security, and walk to the gate at the slow pace that I walk at age 73 was sheer lunacy. I would have missed my flight. So I decided to opt for my hotel’s VIP airport transfer instead, even though it cost $22 more than the aforementioned airport transfer service.

5.00Driver waiting for us outside of baggage claim holding sign with my name. Comfortable vehicle. Once we were seated in back seat, driver took photo of us. We jokingly asked if that was for the ransom demand. Driver didn’t speak much English, so probably best it went over his head. Very nice ride to Quito. Trip took about 50 minutes.
