Exceptional service with Lutan Travel

5.00The drive was three hours long, but I don’t think I would have preferred to spend it with someone other than Alan from Lutan Travel. From the time he picked us up to the time he dropped us off, including a stop for lunch, Alan was friendly and personable and kind and filled with information. He answered all of our questions and made the ride as enjoyable as can be. He was so impressive that we will be traveling to Manual Antonio and have a secured the trip with Lutan Travel. I highly recommend this company for your transportation needs; you will not be disappointed. Thank you Viator for making such a great connection.

5.00Jorge was much more than our private taxi. From the first moment he not only made us feel very safe and welcome in his country, but he advised us on activities in La Fortuna and in a few hours we had everything reserved. Traveling with small children (2 and 4 years old) he gave us two car seats, and was very flexible with stops to use the bathroom and eat, since the trip was more than 3 hours from the airport to La Fortuna. His van was always impeccable and his treatment exceptional. When we return to Costa Rica there is no doubt that we will count on Jorge!
