By providing your flight number when booking airport transportation, we offer a Meet & Greet service that allows you to track your flight and adjust your pick-up time if necessary. After your flight lands, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes to make sure you have enough time to go through security, collect your luggage, and proceed to the arrivals area where you will meet him.

What To Expect

The private transport service begins with the reservation in which the date, time, place of departure and destination are agreed. In this case, it is a private transfer for one person or group in a modern vehicle fleet, equipped with air conditioning and space for luggage. On the day of the trip, the driver will be at the airport with a sign with the name of the group. In addition, a bottle of water is included for each passenger. If the flight is delayed, the transportation service will control all flights and will be waiting for the group regardless of arrival time. The drivers are experienced and friendly. Regarding the departure and return information, the traveler is picked up at the San José Juan Santamaría airport and taken to the destination hotel. For the return, the group is picked up at the hotel and taken to the Juan Santamaría airport five hours before the scheduled flight time. In summary, the transport service offers comfort, punctuality and customer service throughout the transfer process.

Our Guide Edgar was very knowledgeable and spoke good English. Safe driver! Spacious minibus. Lunch buffet at La Paz and dinner buffet at Baldi were very good!

Our driver Bernio from Guanacaste Airport Shuttle met us at the San Jose Airport and drove us to Manuel Antonio. He was super kind, spoke good English, stopped on the way any time we requested. He showed us many interesting places and shared a lot of information about Manuel Antonio and Costa Rica. We felt very safe being driven by Bernio. Great tour!

We loved this van service from the airport to Manuel Antonio!! Our driver was awesome and stopped to show us various wildlife along the way! He was so kind and we will use them again when we return! Also the price was great!
