I booked through Erik and immediately noticed the great customer service and speedy communication. Booked private shuttle for 2 from San Jose airport to Guanacaste. My experience with Marco was so amazing I added 3 more private trips and requested same driver. He is extremely patient and caring. He’s more like a guide than a driver. He stops as many times and you’d like and speaks to all the history of Costa Rica. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a private shuttle. Please don’t forget to tip!

Eric is very professional, he was sending confirmation emails before every transport and all of the drivers were earlier than our booking time waiting for us to get ready. We had stops for toilet, food and some photos in the main sightseeing sites of the road. Everything went smooth, and i highly recommend the service as I booked 4 shuttles, to travel long distances across the country.

Erick and company handled our entire trip. All drivers were on time, courteous, and first class. Gerardo drove us three legs and was especially amazing. He is a great driver and he’s extremely kind, conscientious, positive, and generally delightful. This service is as good as it gets! Love them.
