Learn everything about the tulips. At the museum, we take you on the tulip’s journey around the world. From its discovery in Kazakhstan around the year 1000 to its current status as an icon of the Netherlands. You will find out all about the tulip and learn in an interactive way about the cycle of bulb cultivation using state-of-the-art machinery and old objects (from before 1950).
After the museum, the Experience continues outside and you will step into a beautiful palette of colours. In the show garden, 1 million tulips are planted in 700 different varieties of tulips.
Over 7 million bulbs will bloom this spring, with a total of 800 varieties of tulips. A unique, unforgettable experience!
After the flower gardens you will visit the great Dutch windmills and a local cheese and clogs factory incl. a real farm with cows and see how the milking robot milk the cows. Drop off is at your hotel or address in Amsterdam

What To Expect
Tulip Experience Amsterdam
Learn everything about the tulips. At the museum, we take you on the tulip’s journey around the world. From its discovery in Kazakhstan around the year 1000 to its current status as an icon of the Netherlands. You will find out all about the tulip and learn in an interactive way about the cycle of bulb cultivation using state-of-the-art machinery and old objects (from before 1950). Follow the story of the tulip through the eyes of the bulb grower! After the museum, the Experience continues outside and you will step into a beautiful palette of colours. In the show garden, 1 million tulips are planted in 700 different varieties of tulips. All tulip varieties come from our own nursery. The show garden also has a number of special photo points for taking the perfect picture! At the end of the Tulp Experience you can pick your own tulips for free!
Keukenhof
Enjoy a private trip to the most beautiful flowers of Holland at the Keukenhof. Over 7 million bulbs will bloom this spring, with a total of 800 varieties of tulips. A unique, unforgettable experience! You have skip the line tickets so you can go directly inside the Keukenhof gardens. In the Keukenhof you have free time for yourself to explore the largest flower garden of the world!

5.00If you are wondering will Keukenhof be worth it…the answer is YES! We came very early season (April 2) and there were still plenty of flowers. This tour is a lot for one day but we were all so glad we did it. The dairy and cheese tasting was super fun (and we almost asked to skip it). Shoe making was interesting and quick. The shops and windmills make for good pics and good souvenir shopping. The tulip “experience” was where we took quite a few pictures and ate snacks and pastries….get the cheese roll!

5.00Our driver Gillio did a superb job of touring us on Keuphof, tulip experience, clog making, windmills and cheese farm. Gillio knew exactly what order to put them in so we got 8 hours of touring done in less than 7 hours and still weren't rushed. It was well worth the money!

5.00This experience is really worth it. The tulips, region and ancillary stops are excellent. It's a stunning site and Keukenhof is a place you could spend days. Having a personal guide deliver you to each site, facilitate your entry and fill in information between stops is a phenomenal way to make the most of this experience. Our guide (host), Hamza, really went over and above, working hard to get us the best experience, giving us ample time while navigating the trip to allow us to reach each experience. I can't offer enough thanks to him.

To be surrounded by all the beauty of the flowers, cheese and windmills was amazing. The weather even held off with the rain. It was a perfect day from start to finish.
