• Terrible Service - Don’t Bother

  Terrible van transfer. Booked for 3pm, driver was 30mins late and then drove us around the city for 40 mins, then back to their office. Tried to charge us again and told us we had to wait for another hour for people to ‘arrive from airport’. Finally got put in a van (alone) then drove to the next city to pick up the rest of the passengers - none came from airport - and on the drive, the driver stopped for 45mins to have dinner with his friends. Took 7.5 hours to get to El Nido. Book elsewhere or a private. Horrible service.

  This is a trip that is suited to human beings. The drivers are dangerous at best and you are packed into the vehicle like sardines. The drivers were very unhappy to cater for tourists with luggage coming from the airport. Just don’t do this trip!

  Very smooth ride and they came to pick us up earlier, the unit is new and well maintained and clean. The driver drove safely and a very nice guy! Thank you Lagum Adventure ! Highly recommended!

  We did the tour to the underground river of Puerto Princesa and transfer by private van to El Nido. The morning of the tour starts with about 1 hour of delay without any communication from the tour operator. Despite the delay, the driver also stopped to make gasoline and a general check of tires etc. then further waste of time. arrived at a stop where they sold souvenirs, we meet our guide who after a brief description of what we would have done has disappeared and has never traveled with us. arrived at the port for boarding begins another long wait sitting on a wooden bench. Another hour of waiting. finally we always start alone without a guide, arrived at the underground river we had to ask what to do, where to go because left to ourselves. beautiful and interesting river tour. after the tour starts the transfer to El Nido. start 5 hours of terror on the streets leading to El Nido. the driver has held a very dangerous conduct running at very high speeds and making continuous overtakings very dangerous. It was really terrible and we were very scared. He stopped when he wanted to pee and to smoke a cigarette without ever asking us customers if we needed anything. I think Lagum Adventure subcontracts these tours because we have never seen their logo on the van or on the driver’s and guide’s clothing. We really don’t know who we’ve traveled with. Pay more attention to who you’re talking to.

  I had a very unpleasant experience with this service. We booked a trip from Puerto Princesa to El Nido with an underground river stop. They instructed us to wait at 7:30 am, but the transport arrived at 8:45 am. Subsequently, during the trip to the underground river, they informed us that there was an issue preventing them from continuing to El Nido. Instead, we were told to return to Puerto Princesa. To make matters worse, they left us stranded with a small child in a mall near Puerto Princesa and instructed us to wait for another driver. Eventually, a driver arrived, but he had personal business to attend to, extending the entire trip to a staggering 16 hours. Despite these inconveniences, they did not offer any refunds or compensation. I strongly advise against using this company based on my disappointing experience.

  Lagum Adventure's private van transfer from Puerto Princesa to El Nido exceeded my expectations. The driver was professional and the van was clean and new. A seamless and comfortable journey! Highly recommended!
