Enjoy this spectacular private walk with your friends, and you'll experience a little bit of everything – bush, beaches, headlands and vineyards.
We start with a walk through restored and regenerating bush up to the headland for some breathtaking views of the islands of the Hauraki Gulf.
We continue through lush, established bush tracks and rolling hills, where you’ll enjoy lovely views of valleys, vineyards and the sea.
There’s time for wine tasting and/or lunch at two of Waiheke’s best-loved vineyards – Mudbrick Vineyard, Jurassic Ridge or Cable Bay Vineyards – with tasting options to suit all budgets.

Beginning with a walk through restored and regenerating bush up to the headland for some spectacular views of the islands of the Hauraki Gulf. We continue on through lush established bush tracks and through the rolling hills overlooking beautiful valley, vineyard and sea views where there is time available for wine tasting and/or lunch at two of Waiheke’s best loved vineyards - Mudbrick Vineyard, Jurassic Ridge or Cable Bay Vineyards – with tasting options to suit all budgets.

5.00Fantastic experience. Our guide, Cindy, was extremely knowledgeable and gave us so much information about the island, its history, flora and fauna and its culture and traditions. Cindy was very happy to adapt our tour to suit us and the weather conditions.

5.00We had a great day on the island! After the ferry ride over, we were met by our guide, Renee, who was fantastic. She led us on a very scenic walk along the coast followed by a wine tasting and picnic lunch. As a native New Zealander, Renee was able to provide us with good background on the Auckland area, as well!

5.00Dell provided a well organized, informative,guided experience on the Bush walk and wine tastings. Along with a picnic lunch on a shady table on the way to the wine tastings. It is a fairly easy hike with spectacular view of the bay. Dell shared a lot of information about the environment, flora and fauna.

5.00This was our first full day in New Zealand. We had just arrived the evening before after a long trip from the eastern US, so we were very tired and jet lagged. We can't recommend this day trip from Auckland enough as a way to get started. Robyn was a wonderful guide. The views were fabulous and the wine tastings a lot of fun. Highly recommended and worth the price!
