5.00Alex Paolini the driver who picked me up at the hotel in the center of Rome, met me with a Croissant breakfast and a donut because it was early and he thought he could not have breakfast at the hotel. It was a pleasant surprise. Alex is a young, sociable and very attentive person. He helped me get a trolley for my bags and made sure everything was fine before I returned to town. Nice experience to meet you and say goodbye to Rome.

5.00Our driver arrived on time and quickly loaded our luggage while offering us bottles of cold water. We had a great conversation with him as we headed to the airport. This service was one of the few that offered enough space for four adults and their luggage. We were so comfortable and enjoyed going past landmarks we had visited on our way out of Rome. Our driver made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. He got us to our terminal on time and helped unload all of our bags. It was so easy.

5.00Our last day and departure from Rome: Alex arrived to our hotel early and loaded our luggage into the car. On our drive to the airport, Alex pointed out some landmarks and gave some history. When we arrived to the airport and Alex unloaded the car for us and we said our goodbyes. Alex was a safe driver, very accommodating and made the car ride for the week very enjoyable. Once you meet him you can tell his goal is to provide quality service. His ability to communicate in English is phenomenal. His pleasant demeanor made us all feel comfortable. Actually, our time with Alex as our driver and guide made it hard to say goodbye to Italy!!

5.00My family and I worked directly with Serena Calabrese to schedule private drivers to bring us - 8 people, 2 Mercedes vans - to small villages located south of Rome and in Abruzzo. Each trip was about 2 hours driving outside of Rome, so 4 hours in the vans each day with Alex Paolini and Alessandro Cerafogli as our drivers. These guys were knowledgeable, kind, incredibly generous and helpful, willing to help translate, and spoke English very well. They took immense pride in their jobs and were excellent drivers. Serena handled the scheduling … never missed a detail … and all email correspondence was prompt and well detailed. The confirmation messages on the days before the drivers were to pick us up at our hotel were detailed and timely. The entire group was an absolute pleasure to work with, making my family vacation so easy and so memorable. WORTH. EVERY. EURO!
