What To Expect
You can learn to cook Thai food online from anywhere in the World! You will use any program such as Zoom, Skype, Whatsapp, Webex or another application that works for you. I am Benny I have worked as a Thai cooking instructor for 13 years. Since we opened a Thai cooking class in Chiang Mai in 2015, all friends around the world tell us how wonderful it is and what fun they have . Now we are offering a Thai virtual cooking class which you can enjoy at home. You can invite your family or friends to cook together. You can select 2 menus or contact us about your menu choice. Then we will get back to you with the ingredients list. All ingredients are flexible. If you cannot find some item just skip it, we will help you create a good Thai meal at home. After that, we will discuss the time which suits us both. You can request to do any Thai menu that you love, even something that is not on our list, so just contact us. We will explain and show you step by step how to create each menu so it is very easy to follow. This virtual class provides lots of Thai cooking tips and techniques. We have vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, gluten-free and other options. Let's cook and have fun together.

5.00Such a great experience and the best meal I had in Thailand! Benny took time to teach us each northern dish.and we enjoyed the spread right by the rice field. Learning to cook was great but enjoying the company of new friends made it so much better. Private class was def the right choice to get more opportunity to learn and discuss in deptht

Benny is an excellent teacher, extremely knowledgeable about Thai culture and cuisine, and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend her virtual cooking class!

5.00Are you interested in bringing Thai cuisine and a very good portion of fun into your home? If yes, I highly recommend Benny and her virtual cooking class. My husband and I took the opportunity already two times and we always experienced a cooking class that was full of good explanations, details about the ingredients and recipes as well as Thai culture and fun. Meals have always been delicious and we even managed to cook the same afterwards on our own. We will definitely be cooking with Benny again.

5.00I used to book this online cooking class onNovember last year, it was billion. This cooking class is absolutely fantastic and a must when we are at home now. Once i can travel i will visit her in Chang Mai and will take her class there again. This is a second online class with Benny. Benny is so nice and knowledgable, happy and patient. Her partner Nan is also so lovely! My food turn out great and super yummy. I learn a lot of Thai cooking tips and technique Do do do! will not disappointed.

5.00Since Covid-19 hit the world i was looking for some activity to do online. It was great that Benny is providing the Thai online cooking class. I decided to book it. She always reply my questions. Everything that she set up for her online class is great, i can enjoy every single minute with her. Benny and her Kitchen fairy sing birthday song for me too. I will book her online class again and will visit her class in Chiang Mai next time for sure. Highly recommended.

5.00My brother and I traveled to Thailand in 2019 and took one of Benny’s classes in person. We had such a wonderful time so when we saw she was doing virtual classes, I knew we had to take another one. Our significant others joined us this time and the four of us had an incredible time making delicious food and laughing with Benny and her sweet kitchen fairy. She gives you the ingredient list (and potential substitutes if your grocery store doesn’t have everything) and measurements ahead of time so you’re ready to go. Overall the booking/prep was really easy. While we of course would have loved to be back in Thailand again, it was nice to be in the comfort of our own kitchens and I found I better retained the knowledge with the second go around. Highly recommend!

5.00My parents are located more than 300 kilometres away and we had a fun Father’s Day with my dad, my mum , my husband and our son with Ben and Nan. We made Tom yum and pad Thai noodles . These are favourite Dishes and we have made them with Benny in Phuket as well as in Chiang Mai. What a wonderful few hours. If you can’t travel like the rest of us travel with technology .. all the way to Thailand
