Stay with dinner and tasting of balsamic vinegar. Lovely place located in the hills a few steps from Castelvetro Modenese. Elegant and well-kept rooms, spacious and well furnished. Excellent dinner with quality products. But the tasting of their traditional balsamic vinegar and seasonings, are really excellent. The owner accompanied us in the vinegar factory showing great professionalism and love for his work, quality product at honest prices, worth a visit, bravo.

The hotel is small and very familiar but with everything you need and, above all, in a wonderful location, surrounded by hills and vineyards. We had dinner there and it was a success: they put a small gazpacho starter courtesy of the house, a very powerful Alfredo pasta, some sweet and sour pork ribs that were disintegrating in the mouth and a vinegared beef; with a bottle of their wine, a cream of mascarpone and a helping of cake, it turned out a perfect dinner for just over 120€. The right breakfast although I missed natural juice and some recent pastries. I recommend visiting the village of Castelvetro di Modena, which is a story.

We had a private tour of the manufactory. That's very interesting. From mid-September to mid-October is harvest and you can experience many steps of balsamic production live. Tasting was extensive. Very pleasant guided tour by a family member of the owners

Wonderful personal tour from Gianfranco Venturelli himself!! Would absolutely recommend and we go there again on our next visit to the region. Make reservations to eat at their restaurant and maybe even a stay at the onsite B n B .

Excellent hospitality given by our host and very informative. The family runs a small hotel, restaurant and vineyard for Balsamico. The product is delicious and even have a private label Rose Lambrusco.

This tour was great. So informative. A lot of fun. Very intimate and personal. Great value as well. Claudio was so knowledgeable and left as much time and space as you needed/wanted to ask questions. You saw the process from start to finish. The balsamic was so good too. The tasting did not disappoint. A lot of fun to do solo or with a group. I did it with my girlfriend and one other couple. We were there for almost 3 hours

Visit this institution in the Modena region, enriching and very complete, in French, and unforgettable tasting at the end with nearly 10 different types of balsamic vinegar, from PDO to IGP stars and flavored ones... 😀 a real surprise!

The family who hosted us were gracious and very informative. Loved the environment and the vibes they provided, not to mention the high quality vinegar.
