One of the highlights of the walking tour is the magnificent Visby Cathedral, a Gothic masterpiece that dates back to the 13th century. We enjoyed this walking tour of Visby, which offered a glimpse into the town's rich history and stunning architecture.

Exploring note-worthy sites like the ancient churches, houses, and even the town's 95 different ruins was fascinating. It was a memorable walking tour of Visby in beautiful island of Gotland and we are glad that we allotted time for this walking tour.

Oliver was a wonderful guide. He was patient with us stopping to take so many photos. We got to see parts of the city we might not have seen like the botanical gardens. He took us to places for great views which were tucked out of the way. Thoroughly enjoyed.

The walk is beautiful, it starts in the square where the tourist office of Visby is and from there takes the tour. The tour is very enjoyable, rich in anecdotes and experiences. The guide is an Englishman who fell in love with the island, went for tourism and decided to stay to live. A curiosity is that he lived in different countries before, among them he spent some years in Argentina. He is very friendly and willing to help and answer questions.
