Attended several wine tastings during my Tblisi stay but this was by far the best. Cosy, comfortable room with period charm. Very informative and charming consultant. Wide choice of wines and vodka. Ideal for a solo traveller.

I had a personal wine tasting at Karalashvili Wine Cellar, and it was truly an amazing experience. The atmosphere is very cozy and authentic, making you feel relaxed from the moment you enter. The wines were excellent, and everything was explained in a clear and friendly way. The staff were warm and welcoming, and special thanks to Tamta, who made the tasting even more enjoyable with her professionalism and kindness. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend Karalashvili Wine Cellar to anyone who wants to experience real Georgian wine culture in a beautiful and welcoming setting. 🍇✨

What a lovely experience 🫶 Huge thanks to the team for explaining everything in details! We tried 5 different types of wine, Chacha ( fireeeeeeee) and georgian cheese board! The explanation was very interesting, we got a lot of information about Georgia, wines, grape varieties and kvevri method!!!! We will come back!!

I booked this tasting specifically to be in an old underground cellar. The tasting was very well done, with a good variety and selection of Georgian wines. However, there was a group of men in the cellar playing cards (and someone had not bathed recently), so our tasting occurred in a closet sized room adjacent to the cellar. There are hundreds of free wine tastings throughout Tbilisi, so why pay extra to taste wine in a closet?

I've been on many wine tasting tours in Italy, but the one we had in Georgia was by far the best. Our hostess, Tamata, was absolutely wonderful—extremely friendly, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable about the wines. She made us feel like personal guests in her home, creating a truly memorable and welcoming atmosphere. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Had an absolutely incredible experience at Karalashvili! The atmosphere was so welcoming, and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable. I particularly enjoyed Qvevri winemaking. The wines were exquisite, and I left with a much deeper appreciation for Georgian wine. Highly recommend a visit!

My boyfriend and I visited this place today. Location is very good, in the heart of Old Tbilisi, with a charming atmosphere inside, which represents georgian centuries-old history. Honestly, I am not a great alcohol lover, so I can't really say anything about flavors, but my partner liked georgian wine very much. He even purchased two of them! In addition, staff is very nice, professional, and well-informed, they answered all our questions and were very kind, thank you! We recommend this place!
