5.00on a cruise, with a stop in Puerto Plata, he made our excursion around the island magical. He made us feel safe. He never left us and he showed us the beauty of the entire Island. Because of him Puerto Plata is my favorite Island. I will be going back and I only will be using Perez Tours.

5.00We had an exceptional experience with Carlos. He was professional, personable, knowledgable and very customer service oriented. We could not have asked for a better host. We had a busy day. We learned about rum, cigars, chocolate and amber. We also saw some unique sites. Never ever felt rushed or like we were on a timetable. All the personal touches were so appreciated. 5.00We have been here many times, and Carlos was HANDS DOWN the BEST guide we have ever had! He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating. He took us to all of the most interesting sites on the island. We never felt rushed, AND he took the best pictures of us. We will not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him to anyone who will be visiting the island. Simply the Best!!!

5.00Carlos took us on the tour and was fantastic! He was a very knowledgeable guide and told us about the history as we made our way throughout the city. He also patiently took pictures of us at each stop. Doing a private tour was fantastic as Carlos made sure that we avoided big crowds and line ups. Carlos also offered to bring us to any other places we were interested in, which was nice. I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you've never seen the city before!

5.00Carlos was an incredible tour guide. He showed us around the area, introduced us to so many great local spots, and it felt like he knew everyone in town. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the experience feel authentic rather than just a typical tour. On top of that, his prices were very reasonable and he truly took great care of us the entire time. We felt safe, welcomed, and had a fantastic time. I highly recommend Carlos to anyone visiting the area who wants to see the real local side of things.

5.00We traveled with Mr. Perez twice in 2024 and 2025. Both times He was very helpful. The first time we went to a great seafood restaurant and toured the city. We went to a cigar factory a rum distillery and a jewelry spot. We also found a great leather store. We liked out first trip with him we asked to go again. Unfortunately we had bad weather but an enjoyable tour. Thanks
