  Every time we come to Puerto Plata, we have had great experiences with this company. As a matter of fact, I would never use anyone else. They are wonderful. We had a group of 20 people and they took us to an all inclusive resort and were spot on with their service and care for us. We’ve also done a waterfall trip with them and loved it.

  Rigo made this the best trip ever. He was our driver/guide/bodyguard. This trip was comfortable and easy for our first time because of Rigo. We had the best experience from the views, party scene, excursions or whatever bc of him. Definitely booking with him everytime. He is a must book for first timers and pros!

  The whole pickup session was amazing the driver was super friendly. Our ride to our resort was a 15-20 drive, in that process the driver was giving us so many cool facts about the DR and Puerto Plata. His driving was very safe and smooth and the same can be said on the return ride. Definitely will use them again when I return!

  We booked Rego as our driver to and from the airport and we also booked him three times during our five day stay for private taxi service to restaurants and bars in Puerto Plata. He recommended an amazing variety of restaurants for us to enjoy and take us to local bars for fun and some dancing. His fee covered transportation and waiting for us well we enjoyed ourselves. Rigo was very professional the entire time fun conversations and made sure when we went to the nightclub or bar the staff there and made sure we had a good time. His SUV is impeccable I felt like a celebrity!

  Rigo was my groups personal driver while we stayed at our villa, but after experiencing his service we hired Rigo for an additional 3 days as a personal driver. He has a great spirit and energy and always on time. His vehicle was very clean and spacious even his music sound system was awesome. He always made great suggestions and he seems to know everyone in the area and even used his pull to accommodate us on our trip. Him speaking multiple languages was a Huge plus He even helped me with my Spanish "Rigo word of the day". I can go on and on but to sum it up simply Book with Rigo and his team you won't regret it!
