What a wonderful tour!!! Our guide, Show, was so knowledgeable and entertaining and our driver was excellent. The lunch stop was really great, don’t skip getting a fruit smoothie made! The natural wonder of the Underground River is like nothing I’ve ever seen, it’s simply incredible!

A not to be missed magical experience! We were met on time at our pick up location by a delightful guide and we had a seamless experience from getting in the van, to arriving at the boat dock, traveling by boat to the national park, hiking to the river, getting a river boat and guide immediately, returning to a lovely lunch, and finally driving back to Puerto Princesa. The caves are truly special and the audio devices they provide are outstanding. The only complaint I have is the transport van is very uncomfortable for the lengthy trip. The seats are not at all comfortable and many of us were experiencing back pain. The mountain roads are very curvy and a couple of people in our group struggled with car sickness.

This tour was AWESOME!!! So many cool elements to it. The drive there was gorgeous with so much greenery and random water buffalo spottings. The boat ride to the beach held some of the most stunning views we saw on Palawan. The cave tour itself was so cool - so many bats, swallows, and someone on our kayak saw a snake! After the tour, we saw monkeys and a giant monitor lizard on the beach as well! Truly breathtaking experience and one of the highlights of our honeymoon!

Wonderful tour. Great guide and driver. However, the tour company left a lot to be desired. Not responsive to questions about the tour. Provided no information on what to expect.

This is a must do excursion. The cavern is one of a kind. We had a great guide and a good driver. The audio guide in the cavern was very helpful. On the down side, there is a lot of waiting: 90 min to take the motor boat to the site and then another 90 min before getting a paddle boat and entering the underground river.

Feet will get wet when embarking the boat so go in rubber shoes or slippers. An amazing underground river cruise worth the long journey from cruise terminal.

Ten of us squeezed into a van which had 3 rows - a bit uncomfortable if you're above avg size. We waited 45 min for the first boat. We waited 1 hours for the second boat. The heat is a big factor. The caves were beautiful. Useless stop was forced upon us at the end to look at some pearls, etc. Overall it was a long tiring day - lunch was decent, local food which was tasty, including water, ice tea, etc. other tours got free beer! Bring insect repellent and sun screen.

When our ship docked there was a large school group in full costume playing music for our arrival. Once off the ship we were met by Anna and briefly waiting until our entire group arrived. Some de note, my wife gets car sick so Anna graciously gave her the front seat. This was not only thoughtful but necessary as after some heavy local traffic our journey through the countryside with very winding roads and over a range of mountains was exciting. Beautiful drive and educational to see the local people and how they live. Animals and rice fields and some families without electricity or running water. Once we arrived at the beach to the cave underground river, Anna clearly had great relationships with the boat operators allow us to move into the que and on our way quickly. Once in the park again Anna’s relationship allowed us to get on the little boats for the 2.2 k paddle in the cave. Amazing time and took lots of pictures. I must see! Upon our return to the beach we had lunch at a place located at the end of the dock that offered a wide variety of local cuisine. We headed back to the ship, again through the winding countryside. Delivered to the boat well in advance to our departure time. Another school band of younger children in costume playing music as the ship prepared to leave. Once the children finished they were replaced by a group of 10 singers that sang to us as we sailed away. A picture perfect day and beautiful people!

Organized chaos is all I can say. Bumpy, cramped ride to wait on a boat to get us to a very long wait to another boat. We were skipped over both boat rides by the cruise ship tours. Not sure it was worth it.

The cave tour is definitely worth doing. Our tour guide was very good. The bus driver however had us wondering if we would arrive in one piece. The roads are curvy and they drive fast so be prepared.
