What To Expect

This is a very cultural tour that takes you into the life of an indigenous community called San Antonio Aguas Calientes. You will have an induction of how the typical Guatemalan food is prepared, while a Shaman will give a talk about the Mayan Cosmovision and a reading about the Nahual (Mayan mythical animal that each one possesses, according to the Mayan Cosmovision) of the clients. Best for small tour. Lunch was homemade chicken soup over rice. We bought table runners and were taught the history of weaving cotton.we visited the village of San Antonio and got to see three volcanoes.
