5.00We had 2 experiences with Puerto Rico Green and both were excellent! Their cars were immaculate, the drivers were prompt and professional, and knowledgeable. Harold gets EXTRA praise! We spent several hours with him and he is an excellent driver and so enjoyable to be around. I cannot recommend Puerto Rico Green highly enough! (Our other driver was fabulous too but I cannot remember his name).

5.00We made pre-arrangements to be picked up at 10 am. We disembarked early and Puerto Rico Green Transportation easily accommodated our change. I would not make arrangements with anyone other company. They kept us apprised every step of the way.

5.00Excellent customer service - their drivers Mr Harry Santos & Mr Castellano go above & beyond for their customers! Mr Harry Santos picked us up from the San Juan International airport to our hotel. Seeing him waiting for us at baggage claim was very comforting for a family traveling with kids. He helped us with luggage & he led us out of the airport safely to the vehicle. Mr Castellano took us to & from Isla Grande Airport. He helped us with our luggage & confirmed we had all of our luggage. He confirmed our flights were correct. He even came in to speak with attendant to make sure we were at the correct location. We enjoyed his conversation and he treated us like family. We highly recommend Puerto Rico Green Transportation, along with their Drivers Mr Harry Santos & Mr Castellano for the best & safest transportation in San Juan Puerto Rico.

5.00We used Puerto Rico Green Transportation for each of our three transfers: airport to Old San Jaun, Old San Juan to Hyatt, and Hyatt to airport. We had the pleasure of meeting 3 different drivers, and each one offered excellent service. Harold, Pierre, and Billy did an amazing job. Definitely would use this service again!

1.00What a horrible experience. Inbound the driver didn’t bother to help with luggage. After an apology call and an offer for 50 percent off next service, we acquiesced. And they didn’t show up leaving our family without airport transfer at 3am.! We are in San Juan 2-5 times a year and we are better off taking our chances with an Uber in the middle of the nightclub exit hour. That’s pretty sad.

5.00Service was fantastic from the start with Jean Marie. She was very helpful it getting both of our reservations set up for transportation services. Answered all of my many questions promptly and got us set up very quickly. Then as we arrived into Puerto Rico, Harold was excellent. Was there waiting for us at airport. He was very helpful and pleasant on the drive to hotel. Highly recommend using Puerto Rico Green Transportation!
