5.00Booking was easy for a pickup in Rio Grande and airport drop-off. Our driver, Jose arrived early, helped load and unload our luggage, and was super friendly. We will use this service again when we visit Puerto Rico in the future.

4.00Service was impeccable, the driver impressive, and the car extraordinarily comfortable. However, after booking with Viator (as a matter of convenience), I priced the transportation directly with the company booked for the ride (Puerto Rico Green Transportation) only to find that their direct quote was less than half the $95 fee charged through Viator. That's one damned ugly "middle man" charge! I can't recommend Viator based on this pricing experience and would suggest anyone looking for cruise port transportation actively seek a direct reservation with the service provider.
