5.00I am a travel agent and work through Viator to offer transfers to my passengers! I hired palm tours for the price and for the reviews and I was not wrong! The first time I contacted them at night late and they answered me immediately taking all my doubts before making the reservation and then they were always pending! They looked for my passengers on time and form and very friendly at all times both in the way and back! They also allowed me to change the route back to a hotel in Punta Cana! I have worked with several providers, this is one that stands out for responsibility and diligent attention! Super recommended!
