  Disappointed with CapeTown Quadbiking Tours. Hidden costs were not communicated upfront, and when we asked questions the tour operator was rude and unhelpful. The lack of transparency and communication ruined the experience.

  The experciance was great. But the equipment was extreamly bad. Poor maintaned and must say the guide was rude as well. The one bike had a flat tyre. My son burned his as the heat of engine came out between frame and seat. A person pay and recomend these experiances and places only when you feel it is money's woth. . I recomend that you seriously look at the opperating company as it gives your a bad name.

  Excellent service and value for money. The process is very easy we did the 9am slot the guides were ready to take us in. You don't nerd experience to ride the bike. My boys would be back for some more fun

  We had a very good experience with the transport driver, very kind and welcoming, giving more information about the place and accompanied us ,to the redefines to get our tickets, his name is Martin, but I had a bad experience the quad bike riding instead of starting at 13h00 it was delayed with almost 20 minutes, there was no proper guidance, to show us wich bikes we should used,3 groups of other companies who went before us but we were the first arrive,this people would show us the bike to ride with n later some other companies will instruct to come out of the bikes 🏍 telling us that ,the bikes we were told to ride with is not theirs,it happened 2 times.

  Here is a more professional, organized, and polished version while keeping the concerns clear and factual: This was one of the most disappointing experiences I encountered during my stay in South Africa. Communication with the front desk staff was extremely poor. Upon arrival, it was unclear who we were supposed to speak with or where to obtain the necessary equipment. When we eventually located the individual assigned to assist us, his demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. He insisted that we had not paid and demanded additional payment, despite us providing proof of payment through Viator. Our concerns were brushed aside, and we were told we would need to pay again in order to participate in the quad biking activity. After repeated attempts to resolve the issue, we ultimately decided to leave. Unfortunately, we did not receive a refund. For those considering this activity, please note that the location is approximately two hours outside of the city, and cellular service is very limited. I strongly recommend confirming whether your Uber or ride service can wait and return you after the session. Additionally, bringing extra cash may help avoid payment complications, as card usage may be a little on the sketchy side (might try to scam you). I hope you guys have a smoother experience than we did. Good luck!
