5.00The e bikes worked flawlessly. The bike stations were well located. The city biking infrastructure was safe. Bring a helmut and bike lights (if you will be riding in the dark). The trail at the East end of the Plains of Abraham that rises from the river traces the ascent of Wolfe's army is really worthwhile

5.00We reserved two ebikes in advance and enjoyed a day of biking on our own. Got to the shop shortly after they opened at 9am. The bikes worked perfectly and seemed to be well maintained. They gave us helmets, a bike lock, suggestions for lunch, directions, and a map. The bike paths in Quebec City are very nice. A mostly flat ride from the bike shop on bike trails to Montmorency Falls (an hour's ride each way including several photo stops). We spent 2 hours at the falls, then returned to the city and biked along the St. Lawrence River with a stop for pizza and looking around the New Grand Market (we were glad the folks at the shop recommended this market for lunch). Overall, we had the bikes for the whole day, returning the bikes just before closing time at 5pm. Our only suggestion would be adding gel seats to the bikes for comfort. This shop is very near to one of the cruise ports, so would be a good option for cruisers.

5.00We rented electric bikes and they were fantastic. Very useful for larger hills! The employee explained to us how the bike works and warmly welcomed us in the shop. We recommend this Rental Service 1000%. Bicycles were also cleaned between each rental

5.00Very nice tour of electric bikes we did 35 km about 3hrs of bikes we went to the upper town to walk and on boulevard St-Anne take the small bridge that brings us next to the river very nice trail

5.00We rented a tandem bike my mother and I! We loved the whole experience! -Bike in good condition and comfortable! Absolutely impeccable Service! -The location is superb, the bike path is close to the shop! -Very affordable price! -Exemplary health measures! (because we are in a Covid-19 pandemic crisis) I recommend this shop and I will reuse their Service again, for sure!

5.00I was introduced to this bike rental shop by the hotel I was staying in. Not disappointed at all. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I hired a bike to cycle to Montmorency falls. He gave me a map and proper directions and tips. I was carrying my camera with me and he suggested I rent the clip on bag which was helpful. If not I would have a backache after the long trip. The ride to the falls was very nice and you get a different view of the city and its surroundings.
