5.00We had an amazing experience. The day before our scheduled flight, we called due to windy conditions in the forecast, and the team were incredibly accommodating, arranging a last-minute alternative flight for us. That level of flexibility and customer service was greatly appreciated. The flight from Queenstown to Milford Sound, including a glacier landing, was absolutely incredible and genuinely felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience (one I’d happily do again). All staff were professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. The pilot was excellent—knowledgeable, calm, and made us feel comfortable throughout the flight. Highly recommend Heliworks to anyone considering a helicopter experience in the region.

A most excellent experience made all the better by our pilot/ guide Scottie….. what they’re pay you Scottie…. It’s not enough 🤣 thank you for making this a great experience.

5.00The team at Heliworks were fantastic, including the driver pick up from Heritage hotel. The flight with pilot Callum lasted 50 mins and included two landings, one on snow. An unforgettable, breathtaking experience with stunning views of Queenstown, valleys and snow capped mountains. It left us speechless. Worth every dollar, you won't be disappointed- with memories for life !
