What To Expect

Sweat away your worries inside the wood-fired barrel sauna, with varying temperatures between 80 and 100 degrees celsius. Afterwards, choose if you want to cool down by jumping in the flowing river, stepping into the ice bath with temperatures between 1 and 4 degrees, or use the cold shower instead. This drastic change from hot to cold has incredible health benefits, supporting recovery while connecting you with yourself.
