The visit is carried out in the company of one of our hosts and tourist guides. The tour begins in the Plaza de Armas and ends in front of the Temple of Santa Rosa de Viterbo.

Plaza de Armas
Discover the history and architecture of viceregal buildings. Learn about the Casa de Ecala, the mystery of Don Bartolo's Mansion, and the conspiracies in the Corregimiento de Letras, where Josefa Ortiz plotted for independence.
Jardin Zenea
The garden is surrounded by the old Temple and convent of San Francisco and some mansions that have been transformed over the years, just like the garden itself.

5.00Nice tour today with Jesus. He has great knowledge of the city and Mexico. The tour was around two hours, which is a good length. No problems finding the meeting point. Recommended.

5.00Jesus, our guide, was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We learned a lot on Mexican history (independence and revolution), local legends, architecture and arts… Jesus took us to churches and convents, with very thorough explanations. He also gave anecdotes on buildings, way of life etc. I highly recommend this tour.

5.00I’d like to say a huge thank you to Jesus for the incredible walking tour he gave me! It started a little late as i booked same day and he wasn’t there to start with, but I waited it out with the help of the staff and I am glad I did. Jesus is a wealth of information and taught me so much about Mexico and the incredible history of beautiful Queretaro. He is incredibly generous with his time and I do not think you’ll find another who so generously shares his knowledge like he does. I wish I had more time with him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour to others.
